Γνωρίζοντας έτσι, ακριβώς τη διαδικασία σταθεροποίησης του ζελέ, τη θερμοκρασία αποθήκευσης των προϊόντων μετά τη συσκευασία, μπορεί να εγγυηθεί όχι μόνο την προέλευση της Αλόης αλλά και ότι παραμένει τόσο αγνή όσο συλλέχθηκε.

Σταθεροποίηση
Η Forever χρησιμοποιεί μόνο φυσικούς σταθεροποιητές και φυσικά συστατικά για να διατηρηθεί η ποιότητα του αγνού ζελέ:

• Κιτρικό οξύ που παράγεται από διαλύματα σακχάρων και εσπεριδοειδή, όπως τα λεμόνια, τα λάιμ και τα πορτοκάλια.
• Σορβικό Άλας Καλίου που βρίσκεται σε φυσική μορφή στα φρέσκα μούρα του όρους Ash.
• Βενζοϊκό Νάτριο που παράγεται από φρούτα, όπως τα βατόμουρα και άλλα άγρια μούρα.
• Τοκοφερόλη, δηλαδή Βιταμίνη Ε, παραγόμενη από έλαιο φύτρων σιταριού, έλαιο ρυζιού και άλλα φυτικά έλαια.
• Ξανθανικό Κόμμι (ξανθένιο) που προέρχεται από φυτά όπως τα φαιοφύκη.
• Ασκορβικό οξύ, γνωστό και ως την πολύ σημαντική για τον οργανισμό βιταμίνη C.

Ακόμη χρησιμοποιεί:
• Σορβιτόλη-φυσική γλυκαντική ουσία από καλαμπόκι.
• Παπίνη-φυσική γλυκαντική ουσία από παπάγια.
• Φρουκτόζη- ζάχαρη από φρούτα.
